Top floor corner apartment. There’s a small full bathroom, separate kitchen and living room areas and a dining room/den type area next to the kitchen. Living room has a balcony and there’s just trees opposite the apartment so there’s a decent amount of privacy. No smoking, and there’s a cat in the apartment but he’s very skittish so I can’t have other pets here (unless they stay in a cage in your bedroom). The bedroom is unfurnished; living room has a couch and a tv but I only have folding tables so if you wanted a proper dining set you’d need to bring one. Laundry on-site but not in the building. I’ll add photos later but it’s in Waterside Gardens if you want to look the apartment complex up.

About the roomies

My name is Ari; I’m 27, non-binary. I work evenings/nights usually and am at home most of the rest of the time. I try to not be loud but I might be kinda noisy at night since I’m up late. As long as you keep common areas clean and are willing to communicate clearly and follow any boundaries each other have we’ll probably get along fine lol.
