Looking for 1–2 roommates to rent the master bedroom in a beautiful house in downtown Fruita! Current household consists of female occupants and are seeking a roommate(s) who would be a good fit for the existing living arrangement. We also are avoiding cats due to allergies!

✨ Master Bedroom Available • $1,000/month for the entire room • Option for 2 people to share at $500/month each • Utilities split separately among tenants, not included in rent
