This apartment is such a lovely gem with a great landlord! It is conveniently located in Belmont with easy access to Cambridge and has in-unit laundry, dryer, dishwasher, and free off street parking. Rent is $1425/ month plus security deposit of (one time deposit of $1425)

The apartment is located in a quiet Belmont neighborhood with easy access to Cambridge, Watertown, Waltham, Newton, and the Mass Pike. Cambridge is typically about a 10–20 minute drive depending on destination. Belmont Center, Mount Auburn Cemetery, and the Fresh Pond Reservation are all nearby.

About the living situation: I’m a 35-year-old woman who works full-time from home. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local restaurants, coffee shops, and going to concerts. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, easygoing female or LGBTQ+ roommate.
