The property is right off of Wells Road, 3-7 minutes away from Orange Park Mall and other shopping plazas. There is 1 1/2 bathrooms, so I would only be sharing the shower, I have my own half bathroom.

The room is not furnished. But there are sheets and a blow up mattress for you to use/ start off with. If you do come with furniture, thats totally cool, be as comfortable as you need to get settled. There is a tv in the living room with chairs. Other than the interior of the house, its a nice neighborhood and quiet.

The longest you will be able to reside is 12 months, that is when the lease is up, unless renewed.

-I own a dog, name is Corey. He is the sweetest thing, he gets along with everyone. He is a service dog. If you have an animal (doesn’t matter what kind) im fine with that, as long as your pet is friendly.

-I don’t care if you smoke or drink.

-The rent includes everything.

I don’t do much, go to work, take care of my dog, cook, read, have a glass of wine now and again, etc. I am BIG on cleanliness, especially in the lavatory and kitchen areas. Im really chill and laidback but im also straight and narrow. With that being said, you respect me, I’ll treat you like family.
