We have a lovely upstairs bedroom in our two-story with basement 100-year-old sanctuary home opening up September 1st 2026! Open to individuals $1000 or $1400 couples. It has a wrap around porch and is on a little over an acre of property. Fully fenced yard and has a small pond full of frogs! Washer and Dryer in house in basement, set laundry days. Must be ok with cats and dogs! Oh and bunnies too! (We have a very nervous dog that takes awhile to warm up to until you’re no longer stranger danger to him. He will be leashed or in his kennel while you’re around until he warms up to you) So do not apply if you’re afraid of dogs. We’re at our max allowed animals at the property currently, so I apologize no additional pets allowed. Must have renters insurance and pass a background check. We have AC! Bills, Internet and streaming included with rent. Must be LGBTQIA2S friendly!

There are 5 of us. We’re all a bunch of LGBTQIA2S friendly neurodivergent, nerdy, introverted extroverts, outgoing and very fun-loving! We care about each other. We are big on communication and try to have monthly house meetings. We try to hang out together on the weekends with a fire pit cook out and game nights. We love the outdoors, especially camping. We like to go on random late night spontaneous adventures or road trips together now and then too. Calm, clean, no drama and no bullshit household.
