Hi! My name is Zara 😊 I’m currently working and studying Criminal Justice. In my free time, I love going to the gym and checking out new coffee shops around town! I’m looking for a roommate to rent a house with starting the second week of August. Rent would be $900 per person per month, and that already includes utilities/services. The house comes with: 🏡 Refrigerator 🏡 Dishwasher 🏡 Stove 🏡 Washer & Dryer. Furniture and bedding are not included, so we would each furnish our own room and purchase any personal items we may need. Some nearby locations: 📍 UTEP – about 10–13 minutes away 📍 Outlets – about 12–15 minutes away 📍 Walmart & Home Depot – about 5 minutes away 📍 Chase Bank – about 3 minutes away 📍 Downtown – about 14–18 minutes away. A few things to know: ✨ I’m only looking for women to rent the house with. ✨ Only the person renting the room is allowed to stay overnight. ✨ Friends, boyfriends, and girlfriends are welcome to visit and hang out during the day or evening, but no overnight guests. I’m hoping to find someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to get along with.
