Pool, gym in complex, one parking spot for you. 25 stairs to the 2nd floor (main) 15 stairs to the 3rd floor (your) It is NOT handicap accessible ABSOLUTELY no/drugs, no smokers, no partying, no pets, no over night guests. House is clutter free and very clean. No slobs. We do get snow in the winter. You remove snow off your car. Trash pick up but you take your trash to the dumpster. Kitchen/appliances are brand new as well is the bathroom. Individual vanities (2). Cathedral ceilings throughout. Washer and dryer in the unit. Very very quiet complex. Must keep common areas clean! About the roomies
Full disclosure. She is a straight conservative female. Works full time. Very clean. keeps to herself. She is on the main floor. She seems to exercise alot and enjoys half marathons. Never has overnight guests, which is not allowed.
