Looking for a single roommate or couple to rent a private room with private bathroom in a 3 bedroom, newly purchased 2014 home in the Brooklyn neighborhood. Kitchen and living room are furnished, bedroom is not. House is 0.5 miles from the Ross Island Bridge and an easy commute to OHSU, PSU, Central Eastside, or downtown. $1,500 a month rent, plus approximately $350 for utilities.

Small fenced backyard with a gas grill, upstairs washer/dryer, wood floor living room/kitchen, carpeted bedrooms. Single car garage with overhead hooks to hang a bike.

Max (he/him); I’m a 27 year old male attorney (public defender) who works downtown. I’m quiet, open minded, and busy; I typically am out of the house from 730am to 8pm during the week. Besides working, I train jiu jitsu, cook elaborate Instant Pot meals, and play with my cat Ginger. She’s six years old and an extremely affectionate indoor cat. No additional pets would be my preference, but a chill adult cat is not a deal breaker.

I’m open to any respectful, tidy person who is a direct communicator, responsible, and into maintaining a peaceful, friendly shared space. Looking to add a roommate to the household as of July 15th.
