About the room

We live in South Everett very close to Lynnwood. Duplex with a backyard, close to the freeway, walking distance to bus lines, stores, etc. We have 2 shared bathrooms, but you’ll have the one downstairs mostly to yourself. The shower is in the upstairs bathroom.

About the roomies

We are a couple, and we have 1 cat. We like to keep things reasonably clean, but not always perfect. We would prefer to not have more pets here, but we might be open to someone that has one well potty trained cat.
