House is a 2 bed/ 2 bath property with a large yard (unfenced), some garden beds, and a nice covered porch. Common spaces are furnished but we can discuss making room for any furniture you have. There is a possibility that your room could be furnished and if you really wanted the larger room, we can chat.

Per the landlords, we can have one more dog or cat. If you have a pet, we would split the $50 monthly pet rent.

Rent includes water and trash. Tenants are responsible for electric (ranges from $70-250), internet ($100 per month), and lawn care ($120 per month during warmer months). Everything is split evenly. Washer and dryer included.

Lease will run from August 1-January 31 and then I will be moving out. You have the opportunity to sign on for another year and find a new roommate if you choose.

You will have to complete an application and background check through the landlords.

Im a 35 yo woman and I have one large, lazy dog. He gets along well with other animals and loves people. I work full time, hybrid remote (2 days at home, 3 days at the office). In my free time I like to go to the gym, hang with friends, practice yoga, paint, and get outdoors. I know this is a temporary situation but I would prefer to live with someone that I get along with.
