About the room
We are looking to fill an open room in our house starting Aug 1 for the year. Rent is $1450, plus a standard 1-month ($4700) security deposit. The room would include a shared bathroom, as well. The landlord asks us to pay home insurance, we use Lemonade at $15 a month.
Conveniently located within a safe, private neighborhood with access to a pool, basketball court, tennis court, and within walking distance of the San Diego Creek Biking/Running trails. It’s also about 3 mi from UCI, right off the 405 (but tucked away, so not noisy), and there is a bus stop on the adjacent street.
Comes with a washer-dryer and garage, which we mainly use as a gym and for storage. We park on the driveway or directly in front of the house.
Been living there for a year, so the home is fully furnished, minus the available room.
About the roomies
Hi everyone, my name is Elijah, and my roommate George and I are looking to fill an open room in our house. Ideally, we’re looking for a guy who is either working or in college. Has to be clean and cordial, as my roommate and I are both on working schedules. I work in finance and George teaches at Chapman.
