This is a very large furnished bedroom with a large closet for rent. Queen bed. Private bath. Private entry. Bills are included unless the utilities happen to increase significantly then we can come to some kind of agreement. There is a second smaller bedroom with a Queen bed. The private entry is through this second bedroom. If you would also like the second bedroom to rent we can discuss it.

My husband and I own the house. We stay upstairs and you’d have the whole downstairs to yourself. There is a small fridge in the bedroom. We also have a larger fridge in the garage which you can use. We have a small Schnauzer mix dog. The kitchen is upstairs and you can use it when you need to.
