About the room
I’m looking for a roommate to share a comfortable, relaxed apartment. The apartment has three shared spaces, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and access to a large backyard that we mostly have to ourselves. Street parking is available with some restrictions, and public transportation is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and other conveniences nearby. Rent is approximately $740/month plus split utilities: internet, electric and gas.
About the roomies
A little about me: I’m a creative person who enjoys a peaceful home environment and tends to be more of a homebody. I value open communication, cleanliness in shared spaces, and being considerate of each other’s schedules and privacy.
I currently have a friendly cat, so someone who likes cats would be a great fit. If you have a pet, it would need to be comfortable around cats. I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing who wants a calm, welcoming place to call home.
