Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share a two-story home in Rosemont.

Rent: $650/month Utilities: Included Room: Unfurnished Home: Fully furnished Available Parking: Driveway (first come, first served) and street parking Laundry: Washer and dryer available in the garage

Female roommate preferred.

I am a full-time Dental Hygiene student, and most of my time at home is spent studying. Because of this, I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle—preferably a student or someone who values a quiet, respectful living environment.

House Expectations

Guest Policy

• No guests Monday–Thursday • Guests are allowed on weekends but should not be recurring visitors • Guests must clean up after themselves • No overnight guests (exceptions may be discussed in advance) • Communication regarding visitors is required

Quiet Hours

🕤 Quiet time begins at 9:30 PM during the week.

Bathroom Setup

• Two bathrooms in the home • Downstairs bathroom does not have a shower • Upstairs bathroom is shared and includes the home’s only shower

Pets

Pets may be considered but must remain in the renter’s room

Overall, I am looking for a laid-back, responsible, clean, and quiet roommate who values a peaceful home environment. A fellow student would be ideal, but I am open to anyone who is respectful and a good fit for the household.
