Beautiful old house built in 1910 (managed by Hardy, so no need to worry about old house maintainance). Very small yards, but mowing will be split among residents. Nice porch, beautiful kitchen and a large living room. Tons of bird feeders in the back, if you’re into birds, and ample parking. Keep in mind all 3 bedrooms are in a row down a central hallway, I am in the middle, both of the other rooms are available as of this listing. This room is at the front of the house, and shares a bathroom with me, I have a pretty low footprint and clean the bathroom often, I do take long showers but it hasn’t been an issue so far and I’m more than happy to work out timing so we don’t get in eachother’s way!
Washer and Dryer are included. Gas, electricity, water/trash, and internet bills will be split evenly.
Also I am looking to sign a 6 month lease with new roomates, as I graduate in the fall. After 6 months the lease will become monthly, and i will likely move out then or 1-2 months later. Whoever is living in the house at that time can elect to sign a new lease for whatever period of time they like.
