About the room
Furnished room available for a respectful, clean, and mature person - preferred. The room has a Queen size bed, dresser, end tables, lamps, and TV. There is parking available and the location is about 25 minutes to downtown Atlanta and 15 minutes to the airport. Sorry pets and smoking in house are not allowed. I am looking for someone who wants to move this week. Not looking to entertain anyone who brings the drama.
About the roomies
Home is located in walking distance to shops, movie theater, and medical facilities. There are two buses that run through the neighborhood.Shared kitchen and bathroom with one person. This is calm, quiet, and safe environment. Future renter must be able to get along with individuals from all walks of life and be able to communicate effectively.
