It’s a charming single-story family home with convenient street parking right outside, and we’re also happy to share the driveway spaces. The guest room I’m offering comes furnished with a comfy bed and a big-screen TV, along with access to high-speed WiFi. If you’d like, we can easily remove the furnishings to suit your preferences. The bathroom is shared with one other person, and you’ll have shared access to the kitchen, living room, and backyard. My wife and I love to have barbecues and always enjoy welcoming new friends with open arms. We do ask for an additional $130 to cover bills for water, electricity, and trash.
