Room A: $800 (includes full-time garage parking). Room B: $750 (includes partial garage parking). Both Rooms: $1,250 (includes a private bathroom and exclusive loft access)- This option preferred!

House Shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and furnished living areas. Air conditioning, heat, Tesla charging station in the garage. 1 full time & 1 part time garage parking spot/ Ample guest parking

Private Wing Private bath, bath shower combo and double-sink bathroom. Two Rooms on separate side of house to master Upstairs laundry Exclusive loft use

When home, I’m quiet and tidy, balancing a homebody lifestyle with active hobbies like ice skating, golf, and rock climbing. I don’t cook often except for work-related prep. Looking for a clean, reliable housemate who values a peaceful, well-maintained home. No pets preferred (no cats, unfortunately).
