Fully furnished (linens included) 14x22 basement bedroom with own bathroom. Kingsized bed, TV, nightstands, sitting area, and desk, small fridge and toaster oven. Lots of room to have a bed, office/living space, and small kitchen area. Included Cable/Internet, Utilities, Bi-Weekly cleaning service, use of washer & dryer.

I’m single and work part-time from 1pm to 8pm. I’m a total night-owl, and don’t do mornings. I have three cats, one of which is a long-hair. I’m a quiet introvert, so I’m not much into socializing.
