This house is 2 years old. It is inside a great family oriented community called ShadowGlenn. The neighborhood is super nice and very walkable. You can see people walking, running or riding bikes all of the time. There is a great trail very close to the house that you can walk as well. The community has a pool and a small gym. The house located in Manor. Manor is a about 25 minutes from downtown Austin so it is a very accessible but also offers a feel of being in a very quite and peaceful suburb. There is a brand new shopping development about 5 mins away with HEB, Planet Fitness, Home Depot and many restaurants. The room that is being rented out is a spacious room with carpet floors and sizable closet. The bathroom is right outside of the room and it is a shared bathroom. But it always is kept very clean. House has a big garage, big living area with big smart TV. There is an outside patio that overlooks a green field with trees so the view is great. It really feels peaceful there. The kitchen appliance are brand new and washer and dryer are also only 2 years old. So overall it is a very nice set up.

There are other 4 roommates already live in the house. All are before the age of 30. All 4 are very respectful and very clean. The common areas like kitchen, living room, etc are always being kept clean and put together. There are two fridges in the house so plenty of space for groceries. There is a walk in pantry so plenty space for dry goods. The house is drug free. Smoking weed is not allowed anywhere on the property! For non-compliance there will be a fine and if not stopped, eviction to follow. All roommates are on the long term lease agreements so the culture in the house is very homie. Meaning that everyone treats the house like their own home.
