I have a lovely downstairs space for rent in my home in North Boulder. The private space has an open layout and includes space for bedroom, living room, office (or workout, yoga or such). Fully private bathroom with shower and bath tub. The overall space is 700 square feet with 3 large windows. The private space is unfurnished but happy to discuss furnished if preferred.

We’d share the kitchen, dining room, laundry, and outside patio & yard. You would have off-street parking in the driveway and garage storage. It’s a quiet street with no through traffic and friendly neighbors. There is great access to bike paths.

Available for move-in August 1 (or earlier). 9-12 month lease. Looking for long-term roommate but also want to accommodate students who may only need housing during the school year. No smoking. Sorry, no pets. I look forward to finding a great house share fit!

My son and I live in our home. We love our house. I work full time in the sustainability field, and I work three days a week at the office and two days a week at home. My son is 5 years old, in school full time during the school year, and he is here 50% of the time evenings/weekends. We love to be outside.

I’m looking for a roommate who values clear communication and is interested in a balance of independence and hanging out. I’d enjoy some connectivity with a roommate and I like a balance of parenting, work, outdoor fun, and well-being.
