About the room

Looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath house that has a huge back yard, great location, and great neighborhood. The room comes with a bed and night stands equipped with lamps. There is a full basement for any extra storage you may need. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Roomie has full access to the house and utilities are included in the rent price. I do not have cable or Internet, but there is hook-up available. I will not use your Wi-Fi.. I have lived without it for a very long time.. I use my cellphone for everything. I have a cat named Hunter, and he’s very friendly with people. I can’t have any other animals in the house, because he’s a little territorial.

About the roomies

I’m an easy going person who works full time, I stay to myself, and I play pool when I can. It is just me and my cat that currently live at the house, and I am looking for a roomie who has a job, their own transportation, and isn’t involved in doing hard drugs. I am cannabis friendly, and I will occasionally have a drink. I just ask that you clean up after yourself, and be respectful.
