Hello everyone, I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the East Passyunk/Bella Vista area. It’s a really beautiful area with tons of good restaurants and little stores.

Rent is $950 plus about $100 in utilities. Move in date is Sept 1st.

It is a two story apartment on the second and third floor. My room is on the third floor. Your room would be on the second floor with the kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has a connected bathroom.

About me: I work from home as an illustrator. I spend most of the day in my upstairs bedroom/office. I enjoy playing video games and going on walks/runs in the area. I keep the place clean and organized. I would love to find someone who is kind, respectful, and easy to live with. Thank you!
