1 bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Internet, and utilities included in price. Close to the complex gym and pool area with decent parking. I can provide a bed if necessary but the room is currently unfurnished. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Very clean and friendly. I mostly keep to myself but I’m down to hang out and chat. I have a 3 year old German Shepherd retriever mix who’s very sweet with lots of energy. A dog-dog intro would be essential if you’re bringing a dog but she’s also lived with multiple cats. I’m very chill and flexible as long as things are communicated!
