The room includes assigned driveway parking, designated bathroom storage, and access to a shared bathroom with only one other tenant. Rent includes electricity, water, trash service, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to community amenities, including a swimming pool and Lake Davenport access.
Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry area, and fenced in backyard with patio. This is a quiet, owner-occupied home where residents value cleanliness, communication, and consideration for shared spaces. About the Current Housemate: The home is currently occupied by one adult Disney Cast Member who enjoys a quiet and relaxed lifestyle. She is generally independent and respectful of others’ space but is friendly and easy to get along with. Her hobbies include gaming and crafting, and there is also a cat in the home.
The home includes two tenant bedrooms. While there is currently only one resident in the home, applicants should be comfortable with the understanding that an additional tenant may occupy the second available room in the future. All applicants go through the same screening process to help ensure a respectful and compatible shared living environment.
