Renting out the back suite, bedroom to yourself with a bathroom that’s only yours. It has its own side entrance so you’re not tiptoeing through our space. I’m always surprised how peaceful it is after dark. The street is mellow, people wave but mind their business. And yeah, the plaza and bus hub are basically three blocks away, really handy.

We both work a lot, so home stays pretty quiet. It’s me and my girlfriend splitting the place, though we have our own rooms. I write copy from home, she works as an ER nurse on night shifts. We’re low-key and respectful, like it clean, and value our downtime. Looking for someone neat, reliable, and easy to live with.
