As the only resident of the property, you will be responsible for keeping the home clean, organized, and properly maintained. We are seeking a tenant who is dependable, respectful, and takes pride in their living space. Maintaining a calm and peaceful environment is important, so preference is given to individuals who appreciate and contribute to that atmosphere. The home should be treated with care and consideration at all times, as if it were your own, ensuring it remains in excellent condition throughout your tenancy. This is lovely.
