The building has a gym, laundry services, and business center. Apartment has dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and balcony. I have some furniture / items (full size bed, vaccuum, kitchen items, etc.) which are virtually new that you are welcome to have if you wish.

The location is great, it is 15mins away from downtown, 10 from Verona/Epic (no highways for either drive). It is across from Elver Park, which is great in all seasons. It is about 5mins from the West Towne Mall. Woodman’s and Walmart are about 2min drive away.
