About the room
This is a 2br/1ba apartment on S Chester Ave., just a few minutes walk from Caltech and PCC. I am looking to sign a one year lease with availability beginning July 1st. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped by me, so you would only have to furnish your bedroom (please see photos).
Utilities and internet average $120/month (under my name) but depends on usage. There is an on-site paid laundry room and a reserved parking spot available for $35/month. Cats are allowed with manager approval (no dogs). Management is prompt with maintenance requests, though I have lived here for a few years and have had no major issues.
The apartment is right next to Grant Park, which has tennis courts, basketball courts, lots of open field space, etc., and various restaurants and cafes.

About the roomies
I am a male Caltech graduate student and am generally at work most of the day. When I am at home, I am quiet and don’t have visitors frequently, though I don’t mind if you have people over with a heads-up. I like to keep the place relatively clean and value open communication regarding any issues that may arise.
