Sunny room available now in a 3BR/1BA house in Richmond. The house is about 1,000 sq ft with a good-sized yard, shared kitchen and living space, Sonic fiber internet, orange and lemon trees on the property, and occasional peaches from the neighbor’s overhanging tree.

Rent is $1195/month for one person. A couple may be considered at $1450/month. Utilities are split evenly per person.

The room is unfurnished. Shared spaces are semi-furnished and lived-in, but there is room to make the house feel like home. Anyone moving in will need to apply through the landlord and be approved before signing on.

I’m looking for clean, courteous roommate(s) who want a friendly, respectful home. Rent paid on time, shared spaces cleaned up after use, and direct communication are the main things.

There is one dog here already. She is sweet, but she is not really a “shared pet,” so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable living around a dog and respectful of her space. Additional pets are not preferred, but can be discussed case by case with landlord approval.

This is a good fit for someone who wants a calm, friendly household where people can talk things through, have friends over sometimes, and still treat the shared spaces with care.
