178 sq feet. Located in central Cap Hill. It’s the larger bedroom in a two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Beautiful view of the city in a building with a gym, laundry, and rooftop access. An old building with management constantly making improvements with projects. Many tenants have dogs and are in the 20-30 age range, with a few small families scattered throughout. It’s within walking or biking distance from LoDo and Baker. Valet trash is provided.

Cis man with an open bedroom (the bigger bedroom) as my current roomie moves on to big opportunities. I am on the spectrum, in therapy, and disabled and queer-affirming. (The bathroom is not wide enough for a wheelchair, disappointingly. But if we have a creative way to use it, you should be set!) I don’t have any pets, but I’m not necessarily opposed to getting one! I currently work part-time nearly every day of the week. I love movies and theatre, and I’m active in the concert scene. The shared areas are already fully furnished, and I’m very open to collaboration, so it feels like a home we share. I try to make it as cute and inviting as I can. I occasionally entertain my partner and guests, but that can be coordinated respectfully. The most important thing to me is direct and concise communication. Not much bothers me, but I prefer to be detailed and honest so we can naturally respect one another’s boundaries!
