The private bedroom is a comfortable 9.3 × 13 ft space, a solid size for a student room with enough room for a bed, desk, and storage. The apartment features great shared spaces including a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, dining table, and a shared bathroom, everything you need to feel at home. The location is honestly one of the best parts:
- Walking distance to UW campus
- Bus 45 stop -> just 1 minute walk from the door
- U District Station -> 15 min walk
- Roosevelt Station -> 15 min walk
You’re right in the heart of the University District, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else is at your fingertips. Getting anywhere in Seattle is super easy from here!
About the roomies
We’re a group of 2 international students from Hong Kong, all studying at UW. But we’re super open to welcoming anyone, whether you’re a student or working professional!
We keep things simple around here: just be nice, respectful, clean, and chill. We’re also very welcoming of both introverts and extroverts!! No pressure to be social 24/7, but we love good company when the vibe is right! 🙌
We love cooking, running, and even grocery shopping together (yes, it’s actually fun with the right people 😄).
Overall, we embrace different cultures and backgrounds. Honestly, living with someone from a different culture is something we’re really excited about!
