About the room

Hey hey!! Looking for the right fit to join my four bedroom home near the East Portland/Gresham area, hopefully by March! Rent is $650+ 1/3 of utilities, usually ranging anywhere from $80-$180 depending on season and usage! Two of the bedrooms belong to my roommate, one of which being the master. Leaving the main bathroom and the rest of the house to be shared by myself, my 3 doggos and a new roomie. I also have two indoor/outdoor cats that are inside more during the cold season, outside more during the warm. Because of this, I’d really prefer no more pets. There is a parking spot available in the driveway and a bit of room for storage in the garage! The room is decent size, about 12ftx14ft and has a West facing window that lets in some good light! Central air! Galley kitchen with half a fridge and freezer for ya! House is set in a quiet culdesac, about 5-8 minutes from I-84 and I-205!

I’d like to be very VERY clear about cleaning standards and expectations, as this has caused issues in the past. Please be a capable adult that is mindful of being sanitary and courteous to those whom you share a living space with and be willing and able to help keep things clean… pretty simple, yea!
