We are a quiet couple offering a fully furnished, spacious downstairs bedroom for rent in our home. The room includes its own closet and a private bathroom located just outside the bedroom.

Rental Details:

Rent: $750.00/Month (Utilities Included: water, electricity, WiFi, etc.) Security Deposit: $750.00 (equivalent to one month’s rent, due before move-in) Room Features: Fully furnished, private closet, and easy access to a bathroom just outside the room Parking: On-street parking available Lease Term: We require a month-to-month lease, with a 30-day notice required before moving out. Gender: Preferably Female Laundry: On-site Kitchen: Shared living space. Must be kept clean.

Room Rules & Expectations:

Any modifications to the room (such as hanging hooks or fixtures) must be approved in advance. Shared living spaces must be kept clean and tidy. We are seeking mature, responsible, and clean tenants. This is a peaceful home with currently two occupants, and we are specifically looking for female tenants who are respectful of shared spaces.

Location:

Conveniently located in downtown Spartanburg, just 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and other local amenities. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with a few families and children nearby.

Additional Information:

Employment Requirement: Applicants must be employed and possess a vehicle. Kitchen Photos: Photos of the kitchen are available upon request. Pets: No pets allowed on the premises.
