Both houses have 6 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and are located just a short distance from University of Florida & Santa Fe College.
Each room offers a comfortable study environment and relaxation space, the houses are designed for convenience and community living. Say goodbye to the hassle of moving furniture - everything you need is already here.
A security deposit of 1 month’s rent and 1st and last month’s rent is due prior to moving in. 1 Year lease from 1st Aug 2026 to 31st July 2027 is required. Can move in earlier also. Discount offered for groups of 3 or more. Contact us to arrange a virtual or in person tour.
