The house is located in a nice peaceful neighborhood in fountain valley, border line Huntington Beach near mile square park. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath. We are currently renting the house ourselves so we don’t feel entitled just respectful among’s each other as roommates / friends. We split everything evenly as far as utilities & have a cleaning lady come every two weeks to clean the whole entire house. Throughout the years renting the home we have added several Amenities that we could all use. If we decide to add anything we do it as a whole & split. You’ll have access to the whole entire house, make yourself at home. We have a bonfire setup in the backyard , bbq grills outside , we have a whole gym setup in the garage with a pool table/tv & sound system in there which is like are “mancave”. Washer & dyer included. The house has a large living room & another section that’s converted into an office where you could have your computer set up there. We own a boat which you’ll be able to join us along with your friends cruising all over, HB , Newport, Long Beach, anywhere tbh. Are home is pet friendly currently living with us is two large dogs that stay in the backyard, could stay inside too. tons of parking on the street or driveway. Your welcome to bring friends , do anything you want just clean after yourself’s.

Currently it’s 3 males & one female renting. The female just had a kid so she’s moving out with her Boyfriend & the other male is moving back home to help parents out. Never had any issues. Myself & other guy staying are on the lease contract ,we are young adults in the late 20’s. We are not asking for any security deposit for anyone deciding to join us. We’ll have both Rooms available by July 1st. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one person as the other rooms we are staying in have their personal bathroom.
