The rent is 1200 a month split between us is 600 with the (Water and trash) included. electric is through WKREC and is about 130-150 before we split it, and then internet is through MES which ends up being 70 before it is split so all together 600(rent) + 65-75(electric)+35(Internet) = 700-710 total
