Hi, all! I’m looking to replace my roommate when she moves out in August in a cute 2-bedroom in San Mateo. You would be joining me and my sweet and goofy dog (pictured here), so liking dogs is a must! The apartment is on the ground floor, with a small private outdoor area, an in-unit washer/dryer, and access to the complex’s gym, pool, and recreational areas. Rent per person is $1850/month.
