If you are a “Full Time Roommate” the rent would be $850 a month.. $695 (or less) a month is Only if you are a “Weekend Commuter” which means you live in another city and come into town during the week, Monday through Friday just to work, and then go back to your family and home in another city every weekend, as my current roommate does.. This room is available now.. The room has inside it a 55“ TV, full size bed, Storage Cabinets, Small Refrigerator, Microwave, Closet, and a full size bathroom.. Hi speed internet (500Mb) with Ethernet, Cable TV/ Roku.. There is a side door on the home that goes to the bedroom so you would have privacy as you come and go.. There is also a Koi fish Pond/Deck and garden if that interest you.. The room has it’s own heat and air conditioning that you would completely control.. The bathroom would only be used by you and is only accessed from inside the bedroom.. There is always parking available in my driveway or directly out in front of my home on a private street.. I am a 50 year old male and the only other person that will be living there.. I don’t do drugs or smoke, and keep my home clean.. This will be a month to month rental for 1 person male or female.. About the roomies

I have been renting this room to “Weekend Commuters” for the past few years. They came in town just to work and spent Monday night through Friday morning at my home. Every weekend they went back to their home and family in another city. I am hoping to find the same situation but would consider a full time roommate for $850 a month rent. I am a 50 year old male and the only other person living in the home. I am easy going, clean, quiet, and never have guests over.
