No one currently lives at the property, so the first group of residents will be moving in together and helping create the feel of the home from the beginning. The goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, respectful shared living space where everyone has their own private room, assigned storage, and access to shared amenities like the kitchen, laundry room, pantry, backyard, and pool.
Each room is designed for one resident, with a total of 5 residents in the home once fully occupied. The common areas are shared, but storage in the kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms is clearly labeled and divided so everyone has their own space.
