About the room
I have a private room for rent with a private bathroom, a separate entrance and a shared kitchen. I have a lab/retriever who currently shares the home as well as the backyard but am willing to sub divide the space in order for the tenant to have a private backyard space as well. Sorry, I am not looking for any new pets to move in. The house is in an amazing highly sought area, 405 freeway close, 5 to the beach, and walkable distance to almost anything you would need including parks, schools, Costco, Trader’s, and food option.
