About the roomies

My roommate Michael of 5 yrs got a job he couldn’t pass up and is leaving. I’ve lived with two clean guys most years. The last year it’s been my roommate Chelsea myself and Michael. Chelsea is mellow hangout with her friends great gal! She’s very wholesome. I’m Karla and I love to play my music dance sporty and cook. We’re both clean. Im redecorating the home at the moment. We have garage and washer and dryer. It’s month to month typically our landlord is sweet and chill as long as we take care of the home. The first yr I think is 12 month commitment but then it’s month to month. Great space. Rent will not be increasing this upcoming.
