My second-story apartment has a room newly available. There is a kitchen with most everything that might be needed for cooking and storing food, a living area that’s at least as big as the rooms themselves fit for guests, and a pool in the same building. Parking is free, the interstate is just around the corner (just far enough that you’ll never hear it), and North Loop is within walking distance.

My name is Jackson, and I’d be your only other roommate. I moved into this apartment last year when a friend had a spare bedroom; you’d be moving into that friend’s old room. I like to keep to myself, mainly staying in my room, but I’m happy to be friends if we get along. I have a nice collection of board, card and video games, so if you’re interested in any of those, there’s plenty to do here.
