I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath that was built in 1990(ish). I have lived here for 11 years but originally am from Texas. If you choose to move in, you will have your own bathroom and bedroom. Garage parking is also included! The apartment is in Miracle Mile, close to WeHo, K-town, Mid-city, Hollywood, Hancock Park, Larchmont, and walking distance to the new D-line! Also walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Target, and a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops and other LA-type destinations. Apartment is on the top floor in a 30 unit apartment.
