About the room

Nice two-story suburban home, two rooms available (both second floor, but we would be willing to help move your things within reason). Very pet friendly but any animals you bring are your responsibility, rent covers everything but groceries. I live here with my two family members though we won’t get in your way much feel free to reach out with any further questions :]

About the roomies

It’s me Alexia (f20), my mother Angie (f42), and my father figure James (m39). We also have our animals (dog,cat,and turtle, but we can make sure they don’t bother you too much). I’m okay with socializing and being friends or if you want someone that you don’t have to interact with just splitting the rent I’m ok with that too! we have our differences, but as a whole, we’re fairly clean and respectful.
