Hi, I have a medium sized room available at a house to rent in Hephzibah, 7 minutes from Ft Gordon Gate 5 off Winston Way. 5 minutes from Walmart Neighborhood Market and other stores. It’s on Fairington Dr. Utilities are included. Internet is included. Room is furnished. There is a shared bathroom that is in the hallway. The ideal tenant is single, pays rent on time, and keeps to themselves, providing a peaceful environment for other tenants living in the house. They clean up after themselves and provide most of their own supplies. They are quiet, respectful, follow house rules, and are responsible. The room is for one person. No dogs. The room is newly repainted. Tenants will pay rent by a weekly or monthly rate of their choosing. If you choose the weekly rate, it is $165 per week. If you choose the monthly rate, it is $650. To move in, a $350 security deposit is needed in additon to one month’s rent, which would be $1000 to move in. The weekly rate would require two weeks rent plus the security deposit. I own the property and do not live at the property.
One male lives at the property already. He is in his 50s and works for the Department of Corrections. He is quiet and keeps to himself. There is one more larger room available.
