“522” is an older looking house located in a cozy neighborhood with covered parking in the back and a convenience store within walking distance.

You’ll enter the house and will be pleasantly surprised to see an updated modernized and extremely spacious interior.

There are two unfurnished rooms available, $825 ABP, and a tenants refrigerator in the garage. I am willing to negotiate pricing, considerate of any reasonable offer (i.e. offer to mow lawn to lower monthly lease). After the initial 6 month lease, month-to-month is available for $875 ABP, or you can re-sign for another $825 ABP 6 month lease. I would prefer a more “long term minded” applicant to sublease with me, but choose to give options for different rental needs.

Here are a few misc. thoughts:

ORKIN: will visit on a quarterly basis, and l ask for $25 contribution. Timeline/dates are pending.

PETS: overall l am open to pets on a case by case basis

SECURITY DEPOSIT: You will receive your full security deposit minus $50 admin fee up to 30 days after your departure (not necessarily that long, but a possibility). I am willing to work with you on said deposit…all you have to do is ask, and we’ll work something out.

I am a soon to be 62 yo LMT that studies Tai Chi and kickboxing. Recent surgery has put my passions o hold, but l’ soon to return.

I am moving from Friendswood so l will be near to my son and lovely grandchildren (l will visit them in their child proofed environment).
