The unit has in-unit laundry, a balcony, and a great location overall. The building has their own gym in the basement as well.

A few notes about the space: • The available room currently has yellow flower wallpaper — we’ve kept it as is, but it can be changed if wanted (at your own cost). • My current roommate is also looking to sell most of her furniture, so there’s an option to furnish parts of the apartment easily.
