Duplex on the border of Mukilteo/Lynnwood so very accessible with stores, restaurants, the airport, and a library all very close. The house is under the flight path of Paine-Field airport which can get loud at times, but you get used to it quickly and it’s pretty cool watching the planes fly so low. There is another set of duplexes in our complex and all of the neighbors keep to themselves and are very nice. There is a small, partially fenced in side yard with a garden and firepit which is a great space to have friends over.

Listing 1 private, unfurnished bedroom which shares a wall with the neighboring duplex - the neighbors are very respectful and we’ve never had an issue with excess noise. There is 1 shared bathroom, only downside to the bathroom is there are no outlets inside as the duplex was built in the late 50s and they never added any in there.

About the roomies

Looking for a roommate to help manage bills and rent, which we would split equally. Looking for a responsible roomie who is also on the tidy side and helps maintain clean shared spaces. My current roommate plans on moving out by the end of this year.

I’m pretty chill and tidy. I’m working most of the time and like to chill at home and garden, hike, watch movies/TV, or go on bike rides in my free time. I do have 2 social, friendly cats that have lived with other cats before.
