Hello there this room is located in Moreno Valley off of Graham and eucalyptus it is in the backyard of a house it is a private room with a private bathroom and shower. The room is move in ready ASAP. Looking for a $500 deposit + first month. Access to room is through the side doors of house no access to house. Your welcomed to bring a little stove or something to cook. Rules are no smoking on the property and just be self aware of noise levels at later times since we work but other than that since the room is in the corner of the backyard that shouldn’t be an issue at all other than that it’s relaxed. There’s parking on the street everyday. I am available everyday after 1pm for tours ask for my number. DM for more Info
